postdoctoral researcher I received a master’s degree in molecular, immuno- and microbiology at the University of Szeged in 2017. In addition to life sciences I have always had a strong interest towards computer programming and data analysis. Since my graduation I have been working as a PhD student in the bioinformatics workgroup led by Máté Manczinger, mainly focusing on HLA-mediated immune recognition of tumors, and recently SARS-CoV-2.

student of the National Academy of Scientist Education I started my studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Szeged in 2022. I became interested in doing research at high school, therefore I joined the National Academy of Scientist Education to pursue my goal. I became a part of the group at the end of 2022, since then I learned a lot about cancer, immune recognition and statistical analysis. I look forward to improve my bioinformatical knowledge, because it is a highly improving area, where I see large untapped potential.

postdoctoral researcher I studied at the University of Szeged graduated as a teacher of mathematics and biology in 2010. I worked as a teacher and laboratory assistant at Radnóti Miklós Grammar School from 2010 to 2016. In 2017, I joined the Bioinformatics Research Group at Dermatology and Allergology Clinic led by Máté Manczinger during my Ph.D. program. My preferred area of research is the adaptive immune recognition, immunogenicity of epitopes, and tumor immunology. I use R for analysis and visualization which is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. I live with my wife and our two daughters in Szeged. CV

PhD student I am a 3rd year PhD student from Szeged, Hungary. I believe that the development of medicine is inseparable from the development of technology. Therefore, I would like to be up to date with the most recent bioinformatical methods and I would like to see the use of them in the field of clinical researches. I would like to contribute to the development of modern, personalized medicine.

PhD student My interest in cancer biology started during my bachelor thesis that I did at the Institute of Enzymology in Budapest in 2018. From 2020 I studied Molecular Biosciences at Heidelberg University. During my master studies I participated in various research projects within the walls of the DKfZ, where my interest turned towards bioinformatics and tumor immunology. I joined the System Immunology Research Group of the BCR in 2024, and I am focusing my research on the relationship of tumor biology and the adaptive immune response.

PhD student I obtained my Master of Science in Biotechnology from India in 2014. My research experience spans molecular biology, immunology, and microbiology, with significant contributions at the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG) in India. Over time, I developed a keen interest in immunology, particularly in understanding the complexities of immune responses and their implications for health and disease. In 2024, I joined the Systems Immunology Research Group, led by Dr. Máté Manczinger, to further explore these interests.
